# rad file Target a source file relative to the repository root: ```bash rad file src/billing/entitlement.ts ``` The CLI builds the plan locally and submits it for hosted execution. Use `--dry-run --json` to inspect or save the plan without submitting it. ```bash rad file src/billing/entitlement.ts --dry-run --json > plan.json rad remote run --artifact plan.json ``` `--budget` limits the number of mutation candidates. `--allow-broad-tests` lets Radforge run a broad test set when it cannot select a smaller one. This can take longer and run more tests than expected. To submit a saved plan through the file command, use `rad file --artifact plan.json`. The plan must use the current format, and each source file must be tracked by Git.
