# rad waivers command reference ```text Usage: rad waivers [options] Commands: rad waivers list [--repo-root ] List accepted-mutant waivers in radforge-waivers.json. rad waivers prune --artifact [--repo-root ] [--apply] Find waivers whose candidate is absent from the supplied plan. Pruning only removes stale waivers for source files covered by the plan. It is a preview unless --apply is present. Git history retains removed waiver decisions. Options: --repo-root Repository root. Defaults to the current working directory. --artifact Unbudgeted rad plan or scope artifact with a complete candidate scope. --apply Write the pruned manifest. Without this flag, preview only. --json Render JSON output. ```
