Usage: rad <command> [options]

Commands:
  rad init      Initialize Radforge in this repository
  rad doctor    Diagnose Radforge setup for this repository
  rad file      Run mutation analysis for one file
  rad plan      Write a mutation plan for one file
  rad changed   Analyze source files selected from Git changes
  rad scope     Analyze source files listed in a scope file
  rad remote    Submit and inspect hosted mutation runs
  rad --help    Show this help
  rad --version Show the current version
Hosted mutation execution:
  rad file <path> [--repo-root <path>] [--json]
  rad file --artifact <plan.json> [--repo-root <path>] [--json]
  rad plan --target <path> [--repo-root <path>] [--json]
  rad changed [--repo-root <path>] [--since-ref <ref>] [--json]

Development build: mutation execution runs through the local executor.
