rad scope

Released CLI binaries build plans locally and send them to Radforge for execution.

Usage: rad scope --scope-file <path> [options]

Build a plan from a source-file list, then run it with the local executor.

Options:
  --repo-root <path>      Repository root. Defaults to the current working directory.
  --scope-file <path>    File containing source paths relative to the repository root.
  --mode <mode>          Local execution mode. Defaults to full.
  --dry-run              Print the generated plan without submitting it.
  --budget <count>       Limit mutation candidates in the generated plan.
  --allow-broad-tests    Allow a broad test set when narrow selection fails.
  --json                 Render JSON output.
