Use the contact form at radforge.dev for product support, account questions, billing corrections, and privacy requests.

For technical problems, include:

• Radforge version and operating system/architecture.
• Language, package manager, lockfile, and test runner.
• The exact command with tokens and private values removed.
• rad doctor --json and rad remote doctor --json output with secrets and private paths removed.
• The hosted run ID and status output, when applicable.
• Steps to reproduce the problem without including source code or secrets.

Never send API tokens, GitHub callback codes, card details, private keys, full environment dumps, or source archives through the contact form. If support needs source files, it will provide a secure upload method and tell you which files to send.

For urgent credential exposure, revoke or rotate the credential first, then report the incident and affected organization/repository identifiers.
